The Primary Art Network is run by Hannah Wickham, a sole trader, who is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information provided by you:

• Your name
• Your school name
• Your job title
• Your email address
• Messages you send using our contact form (your name, email address and message). These are stored securely in our website account with WordPress.com.
• If you sign up for email updates from the website, your email address is held by WordPress.com so that updates can be sent to you.
• Our payment system Stripe may ask for other details such as your post code, this is purely to process the payment, please see their link below for further information.

We will also keep a record of any financial transaction you make with us but we do not directly collect, process or store your debit or credit card information. Online payments made through this website are processed securely by a third party payment provider Stripe.

Please refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy for how your payment card data is processed by them.

You may also choose to provide additional voluntary information in the course of your use of this website.

In addition, we may automatically collect information about the website that you came from or are going to. We also collect information about the pages of this website which you visit, IP addresses, the type of browser you use and the times you access this website. However, this information is aggregated and is not used to identify you.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To communicate with you – usually to provide meeting links and information about The Primary Art Network and its half termly meetings along with our newsletter and other relevant resources.
• Verify your identity and details of your payment method.
• Administer our website and provide customer services.
• Meet legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and analyse the use of any account to prevent, investigate and/or report fraud, terrorism, misrepresentation, security incidents or crime.
• Gather management information to form statistical and trend analysis.

By registering or subscribing to The Primary Art Network you are giving us permission to contact you from time to time by email about our products and services that may be of interest to you.

If at any point you would like to opt out of receiving such marketing communications, please email us, stating your preferences, at info@theprimaryartnetwork.co.uk. This will mean you may no longer receive information such as meeting links.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on a personal, password protected computer solely for the purpose of contacting you in relation to your membership to The Primary Art Network.

We keep your name, your school name, your job title and your email address for the duration of your membership to The Primary Art Network. This is reviewed annually between July and September of each year.

Should you wish to discontinue or to not renew your membership with The Primary Art Network then we will dispose of your information by removing it from our system.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

• Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
• Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
• Your right to erasure – You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances. This would mean that we would no longer be able to send you meeting links or other information relating to The Primary Art Network.
