  • Our payment system Stripe may ask for other details such as your post code, this is purely to process the payment, please see their link below for further information.

We will also keep a record of any financial transaction you make with us but we do not directly collect, process or store your debit or credit card information. Online payments made through this website are processed securely by a third party payment provider Stripe.

You may also choose to provide additional voluntary information in the course of your use of this website.

In addition, we may automatically collect information about the website that you came from or are going to. However, this information is aggregated and is not used to identify you.

We keep your name, your school name, your job title and your email address for the duration of your membership to The Primary Art Network. This is reviewed annually between July and September of each year.

Should you wish to discontinue or to not renew your membership with The Primary Art Network then we will then dispose your information by removing it from our system.
